Island travel linksIsn't there something just magic about island travel? That sense of being completely surrounded by sea in a place that is so individual. Islands by their nature have strong communities and self-sufficient and sometimes different ways of doing things. I know you'll think I'm biased, but I love living in Jersey. I've still never found anywhere else that has the same breathtaking variety of scenery and things to do in such a small space. One minute you can be walking the cliff paths, with stunning scenery all around you, the next you can be having a city break complete with gourmet meals, luxury hotels and a buzzing night life. Or go from close encounters with endangered wildlife at Durrell to an exhilarating kite-surfing lesson at St Ouen's Bay. I love Jersey so much I find it hard to believe that anyone wants to go anywhere else for their holidays! But I do understand the magic of island vacations! Perhaps you've already been to Jersey many times and you fancy a change? Or you're an island lover wanting to explore different islands of the world? (Make sure Jersey is near the top of your list!)
